You think they could have said something to us to let us know that there were rooms ready if we wanted to check in! I was very discouraged from the lack of customer service from these ladies.
They knew we were waiting for our room and they allowed several people ahead of us to check into their rooms.
They'd answer the phones appropriately, but as soon as they got off the phone they went back to giggling and yelling - it was very inappropriate and not very professional. The young ladies at the front desk seemed immature while we waited in the lobby where we sat in outdated furniture. Apparently our room wasn't clean by 2:00 in the afternoon and we had to wait over an hour to settle into our room. This was my first time staying here.Ĭons: Check in took about an hour.
